Psalm 150

Praise Him with Everything

Open it as a pop-up book: a storyteller reads every page, with sounds, a sticker page, a prayer and a quiz at the end.

The story

The very last psalm in the Bible is a big, loud praise party! It says, “Praise the Lord! Praise God in his holy place and in the wide sky above!”

“Praise him for the mighty things he has done! Praise him because he is so great!” Who can praise God? Everyone can!

“Praise him with a trumpet blast! Toot, toot! Praise him with harps and lyres! Strum, strum!” Every sound can say thank you to God.

“Praise him with tambourines and dancing! Shake, shake! Spin around! Praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with cymbals that go CRASH!”

Then the psalm ends with the biggest line of all: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!” That means birds, lions, grown-ups and kids.

Do you have breath? Take a big breath in. Now let it out. Yes, you do! So you can praise the Lord too! Praise the Lord!
